Lectures will be given in the morning and early afternoon in the main lecture hall (MR2) with lunches served upstairs in the Central Core (pictured left), a pleasant setting for research interactions.
When you arrive at the CMS site, the workshop registration desk will be on your right by the entrance to the Central Core.
Travel information
Travelling by air: Cambridge is most conveniently reached through the following airports.
- London Stansted (STN): About 30 miles South of Cambridge and connected to Cambridge by train and National Express coaches. Travel time ~1 hour.
- London Heathrow (LHR): Located to the West of London. Connected to Cambridge by National Express coaches (~2:30 hours) or by train (Piccadilly Underground Line to King's Cross or Liverpool Street and from there to Cambridge by train.
- London Gatwick (LGW): Located to the South of London. Connected to Cambridge by train (direct or via London King's Cross / St Pancras). Travel time about 2:30 hours.
- London Luton (LTN): Located to the North of London. Connected to Cambridge by National Express Coaches (~1:30 hours).
National Express Coaches stop at and depart from Cambridge at Cambridge Parkside (City Centre).
